5. Content and Intellectual Property

The karaoke tracks and proprietary software remain the exclusive property of Swaralaya Studios. While any content you upload remains yours, you grant Swaralaya a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates copyright laws or our platform guidelines.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

Your privacy is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data collection practices, including the monitoring of device codes for license enforcement.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." Swaralaya makes no warranties regarding the Service.
