4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All rights, titles, and interests in the software remain the property of Swaralaya.
• Users do not acquire ownership rights by using the software.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Swaralaya is provided "as is" without any warranties. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Swaralaya shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Swaralaya reserves the right to terminate access to the software at any time for violations of these terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of India.
