Returns and Refunds Policy

1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales of Swaralaya’s software and services are final. Once a purchase has been made, no returns or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Exception for Unresolved Discrepancies
In the rare event of an unresolved discrepancy that directly affects the core functionality of the software, a refund may be considered at Swaralaya’s sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the purchase. If granted, refunds will be initiated and processed within 7 business days. It might take up to 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. How to Report an Issue

4. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
