Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Policy on Returns and Refunds
All sales of Swaralaya’s software licenses, subscriptions, and digital services are **FINAL**. Once a purchase has been completed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the content or lack of compatibility (users are advised to check compatibility prior to purchase).
2. Exception for Unresolved Discrepancies
In the **rare event of an unresolved technical discrepancy** that directly prevents the core software functionality from operating as advertised (and which cannot be resolved by our support team), a refund may be considered at Swaralaya’s **sole discretion**.
- Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within **72 hours** of the purchase.
- Eligibility: Discrepancies related to network speed, incorrect user setup, or minor visual glitches do not qualify. Only issues directly impacting core software access/functionality will be reviewed.
3. Processing Time & Method
If a refund is formally approved by Swaralaya:
- Refunds will be initiated and processed internally within **7 business days** of the approval date.
- It may take an additional **3 to 7 business days** for the refund to reflect in your original payment method (bank account, UPI, etc.), depending on your bank's processing times.
- Refunds will only be issued to the **original payment method** used for the purchase.
4. How to Report an Issue
If you believe your issue qualifies for a refund consideration under Section 2, please contact our support team immediately.
